Thank you for registering for a ‘Barking Mad Event’. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing a ticket.

All Sales Are Final
All ticket sales are non-refundable after a 14-day grace period after the date of booking. Once a ticket has been purchased, you have a 14-day grace period to claim a refund by emailing info@barkingmadevents.com and submit a ‘Request a Refund’ enquiry. If a ticket is purchased within 14-days of the event date this is deemed as non-refundable. We cannot offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Personal scheduling conflicts
- Illness or injury
- Weather conditions
- Travel issues
- Event changes or modifications

Ticket Transfers
Ticket transfers in the form of a voucher or name changes are permitted upon request up to 14 days prior to the event date. To initiate a transfer, please contact us at info@barkingmadevents.com and submit a ‘Request a Ticket Transfer’ or ‘Request a Transfer of Name’.

Event Cancellation
In the unlikely event that the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (such as extreme weather, natural disaster, pandemic related restrictions, etc.), we will:
- Make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event, OR
- Offer a partial refund or voucher for a future event, at the discretion of the organisers.

No-Show Policy
No refunds, credits, or deferrals will be given for participants who do not attend the event.

Products sold online in ‘Shop’ at www.barkingmadevents.com adheres to the following refund policy:

We do not offer refunds directly. All refund requests must be handled through the product manufacturer, in accordance with their policies. Please contact the manufacturer for assistance with refunds or exchanges. Once your order is placed, we send a confirmation to the manufacturer, who handles all shipping and delivery. Shipping times and tracking information are provided by the manufacturer and may vary based on their policies.

Assumption of Risk
Participation in a running event involves physical exertion and carries inherent risks of injury or death. By registering, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

Health and Fitness
You certify that you are physically fit and have sufficiently trained to participate in this event. You agree not to participate if you are ill, injured, or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Medical Treatment
You authorize event officials to provide medical treatment as deemed necessary. You waive and release any and all claims against event staff, sponsors and volunteers arising from medical treatment or emergency care.

Event Modifications
The organisers reserve the right to modify the event (course, schedule, location) due to safety concerns, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Photography and Media Release
By attending, you grant permissions for the use of your image, likeness, and voice in any photographs, videos, or media coverage of the event, without compensation.

Code of Conduct
All participants must follow the instructions of race officials and volunteers, behave respectfully toward others, and avoid obstructing or endangering fellow runners.

Liability Waiver
You agree to release and hold harmless ‘Barking Mad Events’, its sponsors, staff, affiliates, and volunteers from any liability, claims, or damages arising from you participation in the event.
