About The Event
Experience at BME: Pre-Spring Sprint 2026
This event will hold three incredible races, bound to get your legs burning and heart pumping!
With a mix of terrain, their is something for everyone. All routes will start the same as our BME Last Man Standing route at Dearden Wood Campsite, so be prepared for that hill at the start!
Submerse yourself in nature and take on its beauty brutality. With wildlife everywhere, this is really a chance to see all the beauty these three routes has to offer, with highlights including Whittle Pike, Waugh's Well, Greenbooth Reservoir, Cowpe Lowe Trigpoint.
Treat yourself to some mouth-watering stone baked pizzas after your run, sitting next to a campfire living your best life. With tunes to get you through the day, this really is a chance to just Run, Unwind and have Fun!

6.1K Sprint
A beautiful 6.1k route, which includes a mix of terrains suit for all levels of runners that race in the 5k category. What's Included: - 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place Prize - Bespoke Medals for the first 3 Runners - Medals for all Finishers - Photography and Videography - Track & Times *Please note: Does not include an aid station on this route. Refreshments available back at base. Race Start Time: 12.00pm - 6.1K *Race registration will be open from 8.00AM.*

A stunning and gruelling 11.6k route with highlights include running past Waugh's Well, incline up to Whittle Pike and a visit up to Cowpe Lowe Trigpoint. Suitable for 10k enthusiasts who enjoy a challenge! What's Included: - 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place Prize - Bespoke Medals for the first 3 Runners - Medals for all Finishers - Photography and Videography - Track & Times - Aid Station on route, at the 4.2k mark! Race Start Time: 11.00am - 11.6K Race registration will be open from 8.00AM.
