"Run, Row, Regret" is a team event with three stages: a 6km trail run, a 6km row (work split as desired), and a 600m GoRuck sandbag carry (36kg/27kg). The sandbag cannot touch the ground; drops incur a 60-second penalty. The fastest team wins.

About The Event
The "Run, Row, Regret" workout is a team-based event in which two participants must complete three consecutive stages. The workout commences with a trail run of over 6 km, followed by a 6 km row, with the distribution of effort determined by the team. The final stage consists of a 600m carry of a GoRuck sandbag (36 kg for men and 27 kg for women). Although the workload for the final station may be shared between partners, the sandbag must remain off the ground; failure to do so will result in a 60-second penalty.
